Accepted papers of ICASBE 2025 will be published in a volume of BIO Web of Conferences (Open Access proceedings in Biology, Life Sciences, and Health, eISSN: 2117-4458), which is indexed by Scopus, CPCI (Web of Science), DOAJ, Google Scholar, and other reputable indexing platforms

The management of papers submitted for publication after the conference will be overseen by a scientific committee, consisting of an editorial board and peer reviewers selected from diverse institutions and expertise worldwide.
All manuscripts submitted to ICASBE 2025 must align with the conference's Focus and Scope and demonstrate originality. Any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, is strictly prohibited.
Manuscripts must be written in proficient English. Authors, especially non-native English speakers, are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread before submission.
Authors should use plagiarism detection software to ensure compliance. The editorial team will verify the similarity index using Turnitin, and ICASBE 2025 will only accept manuscripts with a similarity index below 15%.
The final decision regarding the acceptance of submitted manuscripts rests with the Editor, based on critical feedback from peer reviewers.
Participants will be subject to a publication fee, as determined by the scientific committee.
Selected papers that meet the required standards will have the opportunity to be published in the Scopus-indexed BIO Web of Conferences (Open Access proceedings in Biology, Life Sciences, and Health, eISSN: 2117-4458).
The conference submission system for ICASBE 2025 will be conducted through Microsoft CMT. Participants can access and download the provided manuscript templates via the platform. All review processes and communication with authors will be facilitated exclusively through this system.
Initial submissions will undergo screening to evaluate their general quality and alignment with the conference's Focus and Scope.
Authors of submissions that do not meet the initial criteria will be given the opportunity to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on detailed feedback from reviewers. The decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of revised manuscripts will be final and based on the recommendations of the scientific committee.

Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi, has Nirwana Beach as a prime tourist destination, it is known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. This beach offers a serene atmosphere and stunning underwater views, making it a favorite spot for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxation.
The Buton Palace Fortress is the largest fortress in the world, located in Baubau City, as recognized by Guinness World Records in 2006. Besides serving as a defensive stronghold, this area is also a center of government, culture, and traditions for the Butonese people. It has various historical relics, including a palace complex, an ancient mosque, and traditional Butonese houses.
Oputa Yi Koo Statue, a new iconic monument in Baubau City, built to honor Sultan Murhum Kaimuddin Khalifatul Khamis, the first Sultan of Buton to embrace Islam. The name "Oputa Yi Koo" means "Wise Leader" in the Butonese language, reflecting the community's reverence for his leadership.
